OK, yes, I have been there! I drove a Lincoln Continental for three years, and that was before I had children and cared about car payments, financial peace and the like. My lovely Honda was totaled in an accident that was not my fault, and in my angered exasperation, I told my husband to just get whatever. The man selected "the Continental."

I am 5.3 and therefore could not see over the front of the car. I was constantly ripping up over curbs and the like. To make matters worse, it had some hydrolic lift system that jacked the back two wheels up every time you put it in park. The whole thing gives me strange memories...

Oh well...happy times with your yacht! (At least it's paid for!)

Have you tried those homeopathic teething tablets? They worked well for mine...teething is the pits!

Well I like the big Buicks! My dad always had (and still does!) big enormous cars. I loved the idea that, if in an accident, you'd still have time to roll up the windows, check your make-up, and change the radio station before you'd actually hit the dash, it's just THAT BIG! And when you're up against some little sports car, trying to cut you off, you can play with them a little, cause really, what are they going to do? Run their little dinky car into you? It wouldn't even leave a dent and their car would be totalled! I'm sorry you've had to part with The Vibe, though. You spend so much of your life in a car, it becomes part of you.
As for the rat, you're on your own! Although, I do have some Bacardi on top of the fridge.....
